Getting Lost In The Corn Maze

What a night! We had 23 people show up for the corn maze activity. It was a blast. Many different groups got separated, and we trying to find each other by yelling at each other. There were no casualties this year (no one falling and getting stepped on). Many got lost, but that was the point of the corn maze. Most important thing is everyone got home safe.

Bible Study

We are starting up a Bible Study that is going to be held at Pastor Don and Christy's house on Saturday mornings. We will be starting at 10:00 a.m. Please start showing up around 9:30 a.m.

We are going to be going through a series, starting very basic, from Positive Action. There are four books of eight lessons each. We will continue through them, and the embark onto something that is a little bit more intense.

This is a Bible study that is mean for the people that want to be serious in their Christian walk. It is for those people that want to know God more, and want to know how we are to live for Him.

This is meant to produce people that are strong in their stance, and can withstand anything that will be thrown at them.

Utah Missions Trip

Five members of R.U.S.H. and I just returned from Utah for a missions trip. This missions trip was one of the hardest missions trip that I have ever been on. We canvassed for approx. 11 hours in 110 degree heat. The other days got better as the week went on.

We took one day to go to an amusement park and had a blast even though, as all the teens made clear to me, "Cedar Point was way better." We had fun anyways.

This missions trip was a lot of hard work, but I think everyone that went on the missions trip, came back with a different view on missions work. It was a great missions trip.
